Mercedes-Benz Service A
Recommended every 10,000 – 13,000 Miles or Every Year
Service A includes:
- Drain and refill crankcase with Mercedes-Benz approved Mobile One Synthetic oil
- Install a new Genuine Mercedes-Benz oil filter
- Ensure the warning and indicator lamps, horn, windshield washers, headlight washers, and seat belts are functioning properly
- Inspect tires and set tire pressures
- Inspect brake pad thickness and rotor condition
- Check and correct all fluid levels
- Reset the Flex Service System counter
- Mercedes-Benz vehicles only.

Mercedes-Benz Service B
Recommended every 20,000 – 26,000 Miles or Every Year
Service B includes everything from Service “A” PLUS:
- Rotate tires on applicable vehicle
- Inspect Mono Belt
- Perform a system quick-test on all computers and check for any faulty codes
- Replace passenger cabin dust filter (SLK, CLK, C-Class, E-Class and SL models without Activated Charcoal Filter)
- Mercedes-Benz vehicles only.

Sprinter Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
The Diesel Particulate Filter in your vehicle is designed to reduce air pollution from exhaust fumes. Unfortunately, there are several issues that can arise from it when it becomes blocked. If this does happen, there a few options available to you. One of the most effective is what is referred to as a DPF delete or removal as it is otherwise known.
